Packaging IQ offers this website and all information, tools and services made available to you through this website to you, the user, on condition that you agree to all terms, policies and notices contained herein.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing anything from us, you are using our "Service" and agree to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions" or "Terms"), including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or linked to herein. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including users who visit the site, suppliers, customers, merchants and/or contributors of content. Insofar as these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions also apply to new features or tools that may be added to the current shop. The current version of the Terms and Conditions can always be found on this page. We reserve the right to modify, change or replace the Terms and Conditions in whole or in part by publishing updates and/or changes on our website. You are responsible for checking this page regularly to see if anything has changed. If you continue to use the website after we have published changes, this means that you accept these changes. The Terms in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order.

You may not use our products for unlawful or unauthorised purposes. You may also not infringe any laws applicable to you (including copyright laws) when using the Service.

If you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately terminate your access to and use of the Services.

General Provisions

Our products and services are supplied exclusively to business customers. To place an order, you must be acting for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession and hold a valid UK VAT registration number. We reserve the right to verify VAT registration details and to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to refuse our Services to anyone for any reason at any time.

You acknowledge that, while we use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption of payment data during transmission, your content (with the exception of credit card details) may be transmitted without encryption and that this may involve (a) transmission over various networks; and (b) changes to the data to comply with technical requirements imposed by connecting networks or devices. Credit card details are always encrypted when transmitted over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any element on the website through which the Service is provided, without our express written permission.

These Terms and Conditions form part of all agreements between Packaging IQ as supplier and you as customer. Any terms and conditions of the customer are expressly rejected and do not apply.

Headings in this agreement are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.
